As promised, I have a reward for those of you who participated in putting a stop to Baelak and rescuing me when I was held captive. Should you have the fame of being a part of Baelak's downfall, come visit me at my workshop in Esterport. For everyone else, the artifact is available for the standard credit fee. If you decide you don't want the artifact, you won't get any credits for turning in one if you obtained it for free as a reward.

The artifact itself is something I've named the Scepter of Duality. Imbued with the essence of spirit and shadow, should you take aim and POINT it at something, it will deal either shadow or spirit damage, depending on your tethering.

Should come in handy next time we have to take down an Emperor-turned-Chaos-Lord and have no mages available to take down his spirit/shadow shield, yes?
