I am pleased to announce that the festival of the Dark Sun is underway
and passage to the Plateau and back may be freely sought from the
Northern Tundra via taerilan. Simply speak to the handler we have placed
there and make your wishes known, and they will be met. Please make sure
you are not bothering the second, younger handler, within Arget Efri
itself, as he is very busy and cannot help you.

Two weeks from now, my Exarch and the Consul of Drakkenmont will be
heading a summit of Plateau leaders, and as stated we invite
representatives from your four cities to attend. There will be a day or
so of preparation time with warning before the summit begins, so do not
fear that it will slip by unremarked.
