We have just introduced several changes to how communication works:

- Champions are able to SHOUT now, at a significant endurance cost. Only those listening to shouts (SHOUTSON/SHOUTSOFF) will hear.

- Plane and continent restrictions on player communication and visibility have been lifted. This means that you will see off-plane and off-continent players on the various who lists, and will be able to communicate with them using tells, citytells, and so on.

Please report any oddities in the usual way.
