Issues, bounties, and all that.

The Administration team has noticed a recent trend involving Issues that requires additional clarification. Specifically, issues regarding singular deaths will not be investigated as a matter of course, as the Administration feels this spurs conflict, which is indeed the basis of Imperian. Issues should be considered to be the last port of call, after all other attempts at IC resolution have been attempted, including contacting the relevant player, gaining allies to help you attack them in response, enemying them to organisations, and multiple deaths.

Also of note, issues are considered messages directly to the Administration, and under no circumstances should they be used to address, converse with, or chide the targeted player. The text is there purely for an OOC statement of facts, to the Administration. We would also appreciate that appropriate detail is provided. A response of 'He deserved it for insulting me' or 'We have had a long standing feud' are not appropriate.

Further, regarding the Bounty system: Bounties may only be filed by an organisation for direct harm upon the offending organisation. For this reason, bounties may not be filed against defenders in Obelisk or Monolith battles. You can bounty those who are attacking in Obelisk or Monolith battles.

In summary, please make sure to read HELP PK and HELP USINGISSUES thoroughly before filing any issues, and HELP BOUNTIES before filing any bounties.
