Autocuring affliction priorities

Subj: Autocuring affliction priorities
You are now able to customise the priority order in which autocuring attempts to cure afflictions:
AUTOCURING PRIORITY LIST - lists your current priorities
AUTOCURING PRIORITY RESET - resets all priorities back to defaults
AUTOCURING PRIORITY <affliction> <1-20> - sets an affliction to the specified priority
AUTOCURING PRIORITY <affliction> RESET - reset the priority of a single affliction back to default
This currently only applies to afflictions - defences are currently at the lowest priority and cannot be configured yet - I am hoping to address these soon as well.
