A few cult/sect changes

- Added cults/sects to honours: always shown for leaders, otherwise only visible to other cult/sect members
- Added cults/sects to GMCP character info (shown in the IRE clients)
- SECTWHO now shows the assigned sect position, if any (only one is shown if the player has multiple)
- A successful champion sacrifice no longer involves death (and thus doesn't cost belief)
- Champion sacrifices can now only be performed by cult or sect members with an entity attached; if done at the altar, the target needs to belong to the same cult/sect; if the ancient altar in the desert is used, the target doesn't need to be in one
- The phrase for champion sacrifices has changed slightly - use your entity's name instead of Avasyu; the altar will react when the correct phrase is used
