Subj: A couple of additions
I've added a few requests from the list at http://forums.imperian.com/discussion/77/improving-imperian:
- New command: SAYTO <target> <text>: similar to SAY TO, but does nothing if the target is not present
- You can now filter the output of the INV command - INV <text>
- UNCOVER ALL (Knifeplay) now disables the Cover ability for all the targets
- Envenoming a sitara (including inline envenoming) now automatically wipes the previous toxin on it, if any
- RINGWHO now includes info about off-channel members
- Cults and sects can now be added into city/council unwanted lists
