Of Quests and Bugs

Just a friendly reminder that when you discover a quest that contains an obvious bug that allows you to produce excessive amounts of gold within a short timeframe (as a vague rule of thumb, anything above 4,000 per hour is probably not intended, unless it has a long cooldown), the proper action is to file a bug report, so that the quest can be investigated and fixed.

What you definitely -shouldn't- do is farm the quest as much as you can, as doing so can severely damage the Imperian's game economy, which hurts everyone involved, especially newer players.

The affected quests are now fixed and we have removed what gold we could, unfortunately a lot of it has already been dispersed across the game. We'll be adding more checks in place to ensure that a similar situation doesn't occur again, but obviously it's better to receive a report than to have to spend time hunting down gold that never should have existed.
