You cannot RP a siege on a city or village and claim PK on anyone entering the area.

You cannot kill someone for being in a city you are raiding because you think they may attack you. They need to make an aggressive action toward you, first.

I like player killing, but some of you (and you know who you are) have been skirting too close to the line lately.
