New features: THINKing about CRITS

Hello all,

Someone told me I needed more puns in my post titles, so I hope you're all happy.

Two small requests fulfilled:

There is a new line in your SCORE output that displays your approximate overall critical hit rate (rounded to two decimal places).
NOTE: Critical hits are random. Your observed crit rate may not match the displayed crit rate, because that's how random sampling works. If you track it long enough, it should be close.

I've added a new command: THINK.
- This command echoes text back to you in the following format: "You think: <your input>."
- This doesn't show anything to other players, unless they are somehow watching your command input (such as through telepathy sapience)
- Useful for roleplay logs when you want to sprinkle in a little introspection, or for adding start and end notes to blocks of game output for triggering (e.g. via the separator).

Enjoy!

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Aequitas, in the year 62 AM.
