Three new commands to make your fast-paced combat decisions a little easier: IFEQ and IFBAL and IFEQBAL.

These commands behave similarly to queue commands, in that they ignore separators and allow you to specify actions to take place with respect to balance/equilibrium. These are not queue commands, however, and so are subject to stupidity and similar effects.

The full array of options:
IFBAL/IFBALANCE/WITHBAL/WITHBALANCE
Only execute the following command(s) if you have BALANCE.
IFEQ/IFEQUILIBRIUM/WITHEQ/WITHEQUILIBRIUM
Only execute the following command(s) if you have EQUILIBRIUM.
IFEQBAL/WITHEQBAL
Only execute the follow command(s) if you have both EQUILIBRIUM and BALANCE.
