You can now set use config colour with web (hex) colours. An example:

CONFIG COLOUR EMOTES #ff9900

This will set your emotes channel to display in an orange color. Note that to use this style of selection, you must start the color with a pound sign (hash, hashtag, she, whatever you call it). To get a selection of colors try websites such as http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_colorpicker.asp

Note that this only works if you have 256 colors enabled. Also, as web colors can identify far more than 256 colors, the system will select an approximate color close to your selection if the exact match isn't available.
