September classleads, part 1

The first part of September classlead changes is in!
[164] Distortion (Noctu) no longer reflects any damage, and its mana cost has been removed - the latter does not affect armbands-stored defences, you'll need to reset those if needed
[171] Regenerate (Crystalbinding) now works if the crystal is at 3 or more changes before the tick
[172] Knife (Runeguard Chivalry) duration increased to 4 seconds
[177] Flooding no longer prevents totem standing
[192] Convergence (Devotion) now does nothing if you have no rites, or if they are all already with you
[199] Insanity and Instability (Supremacy) can no longer both co-exist on a target
[204] Summoners no longer lose taint upon their burst, to match other similar mechanics
[206] Clarity now has a room message on activation
[209] Removed the random attack failure from the confusion affliction
[224] Nuarinyu (Voice) now gives hypersomnia instead of claustrophobia
[227] Hypnosis attempts no longer fail; Vigilance now warns you about being hypnotised
[227] Removed Flashwall (Sabotage)
[232] Removed the periodic messages from Putrefaction (Necromancy) and Warmth (Noctu)
[244] Reduced Elementals (Pyroglacia) drain - this does not affect armbands-stored defences, you'll need to reset those if needed
[246] Lightning (Terratheria) causes hallucinations instead of vertigo if the caster is in the air form
[251] Track (Naturebinding) equilibrium cost substantially reduced
[257] Druids can now EVOKE EMPOWER CLEAR to remove empowerments from a staff
[265] Regenerate (Naturebinding) can now be used while active to reset its duration
[272] Curse (Naturebinding) now halves regens instead of negating them
[282] Purification (Kanai) no longer improves the effectivity of saps against shielded targets
[293] Demon banishing (Enslavery) is no longer an aggressive action
[294] Banish (Enslavery) cannot be used to remove demons loyal to someone else
[300] Wolfcharge (Knifeplay) now auto-mounts, like other related wolf skills
- Shard Combine now requires 15 blue shards (up from 10)
