Raiding

Our new raiding system is live. You can read all about it in HELP RAIDING.

You can currently raid orgs for three different objectives. These objectives will give the org a benefit or effect the other city in some way. Once the system begins being used, I will add in new objectives and effects. I would like to have about 10 objectives per city.

The strength on guards during raids will be tweaked, so please give some feedback on that in the forums here: http://forums.imperian.com/discussion/815/raiding

Currently the blast/miasma has a pretty heavy effect on the guards. If this makes raiding too easy, I will be adjusting it. It is slightly variable based on the number of character raiding and defending.

The placement of the objectives was based on my looking for good places. I am somewhat open to moving the locations, as long as they make sense for the city or council.
