On Water, and Life

A single drop of water
falls from the grey laden sky
gracefully landing in the puddles below
slow ripples reaching out from its descent
the puddle fills with drops
its size growing faster
soon it cascades down the rocks around it
joining into a fast flowing stream
white caps dashing against the rock
water turning to mist as it plummets
slow tendirls of rainbow colored sky
puffy white clouds swelling and churning
gathering weight
as the mist turns once again
into a single
drop of water

Penned by my hand on the 2nd of Vita, in the year 610 AD.
