Subj: Khandavan Trespassers
For future reference, anyone identified entering Khandavan territory with the purpose of aiding and abetting enemies of the Council will find themselves an enemy as well.
One would hope that this would be considered common sense; however, that seems to be a commodity in short supply as of late.
