Shamanism's Three-Month Review.

With feedback from a number of Envoys, I've made some changes to the
Shamanism skillset. Enjoy!

o Shamans can now manipulate weather for their demesne in places with no
natural weather.

o Wind manipulations now change in increments of 5 knots rather than 3
knots.

o Micro-level changes now cost 0p.

o Mudslicks now last five minutes.

o Pressure can now be used indoors.

o FierceWeather effects have been slowed down by approximately 66%.

o Golems can now be ordered to move. Once they have moved, you must wait
three seconds before you can make the golem move again.

o You can now TRANCE END to peacefully break out of a full trance.

o Shamanism Quake's effects are now slightly delayed from the initial
casting.

o Shamans with the Forecast ability in both Environment and Shamanism
can now do enhanced forecasts. See the AB for syntax.

There were a number of other suggested/requested changes, however, at
this time we have opted not to implement them due to feeling they would
either be too powerful, or they need to have more time for
consideration. We would ask that further changes go through the standard
Envoy system so that more consideration can be given and a wider opinion
polled. Thank you.
