Gathering before Avechna at the Seal of Life, the mortals of Lusternia
prepared for the Challenge of Life. Their task presented to them, they
set out across the Basin in search of diseased furrikin villagers,
seeking to ease their suffering and return them to health. For a full
day, competitors sought out these poor furrikin, providing
life-sustaining remedies or, in some cases, seeking to sabotage others
by providing false cures. In the end, Castellan Aerys Tarshul stood
victorious, having saved the lives of the most villagers, thus claiming
the title of Sealbearer of Life, and a place in Final Ascension.
