As our first baby-step into the new combat overhaul, we'll be making our
first release some time in the next day or two.

This first release will be small, and serve mainly to ensure that the
back-end systems are working properly before we begin introducing more
major, balance-affecting changes.

Specifically, we will be converting the epilepsy to the new overhaul
affliction format. The main impact on players from this change will be
that epilepsy will be cured by drinking the lucidity slush potion
(mentioned in Announce #2359) instead of eating kombu; epilepsy will not
be replacing any other afflictions.

The potion (as with the other new cures) will be on its own balance,
with a new balance recovery message (shown below). All other messages
should be remaining the same for the time being.

The balance recovery line for the slush potion will be:

You may drink more lucidity slush potion.

A new announcement will be made when these changes go live.
