Introducing Stage Logs

Stages now have logs that make note of certain events. Those marked as
stage owners (e.g. culture ministers/aides, org leaders, etc.) can use
STAGE LOG and BACKSTAGE LOG to read the stage's log. This does require
you to be standing at the stage or in its backstage.

Currently, the following events are recorded:

- Manager appointments and removals
- The starting of a recorded performance
- Creating a production
- Deleting a production
- Starting a recording of a production
- Starting a runthrough of a production
- Finishing a recording of a production
- Aborting a recording of a production
- Erasing a recording of a production
- Submitting a production for review

If there are other noteworthy actions you feel should be recorded, send
me a message and I'll look into adding them.

Note that if no entries have yet been made in the log, you will receive
a message stating that no log exists.

A similar log for libraries is also in the works.

Penned by My hand on the 8th of Shanthin, in the year 402 CE.
