o Music OCTAVE will now persist for a short time after a bard leaves the
room, and will remain active if the bard returns before this time is up.

o Moon SHAFTS will now function more effectively in rooms with a large
number of exits.

o Phantasms STALKER will now be usable by chematics users. It will
create a defense that will apply a phantom to an opponent on the first
hit of the approriate basic chemantics passive (e.g. stratus field or
pellucid mist).

o Harmonics ACCELERATORGEM will cost half-power on the Continuum plane.

o Enchanting GREATROBES has received a significant update. It is now
possible to specify the desired stats for a set of robes' cutting/blunt
stats with a single command. This will require potentially large amounts
of power and silk, along with a hefty equilibrium cost. Stat limits
using this method of enchantment are 55 in a stat/100 combined for
greatrobes, and 70 in a stat/130 combined for splendour robes. The basic
type of robes enchantment is still available for use, though cannot be
used on a set of robes if the improved enchantment has been used.

o Necroscream WRATHFULCANTICLE will now afflict with powersap at 5
plague afflictions.
