Dreamweaving Envoy Report

I've just loaded up a large batch of Dreamweaving-related changes for
one of April's envoy reports. Here are the details:

o Players will no longer awaken passively from sleep until at least five
seconds have elapsed. Using the WAKE command will still allow players to
awaken sooner.

o All mana drains in Dreamweaving have been converted to ego drains.

o All tiredness-increasing effects have been changed or removed.

o The drowse ability has been removed.

o Deepsleep now uses only one power, and functions as a double-hit of
sleep.

o Sleepmist ticks will now cause ego loss and a sleep hit; there is no
longer any effect for movement in a sleepmisted demesne.

o Sleepmist is now usable by -chemantics and -wood users, functioning
similarly to expelled reagent abilities.

o Eternalsleep's prerequisites are now a sleeping target with less than
50% ego.

o Void has been changed to a 3-power, limited-duration defence. When
active, any Dreamweaving attacks used by the Dreamweaver will make it
more difficult for the target to awaken (i.e. there is a smaller chance
to wake up for each "You continue your struggle to escape from the
dreamworld." tick).
