I made a few tweaks to dreamweaving:
* Changed dreambody regen maluses from mana to ego. Also made these N/A
when in the Dream Realm.
* Evaluate shows you the target's state of consciousness.
* Slumber gives a stun when in Dream Realm.
* Eternal sleep doesn't require the target be asleep to cast. But if the
target is asleep then power cast is halved.
