Subj: Writs and Nighthawks
Today we're releasing some big, under-the-hood changes to the functionality of our Nighthawk system. You will now be able to modify your writ, requesting punishments that, if the writ is successful, will result in maluses to the target - ranging from aesthetic disfigurement to the equivalent of a disfavor. Note that these will scale the cost of the writ, making it more expensive if you do not have a fair reason (in Mother Night's eyes) to be taking it out! HELP VENGEANCE explains this in greater detail.
And with this, there have been some changes to the functionality of Nighthawks, including the removal of NPC Nighthawks. What the changes are will be left for the unfortunate to discover.
