11.12 CONGREGATIONS
While the innermost circle of each Divine is their respective Order, a
larger following exists within the Divine Congregations. Each God has a
Congregation devoted to Him or Her, comprised of all members of the
God's Order as well as those who seek to worship more closely but have
not yet attained entrance into the Order itself. Those seeking to join
the Congregation of a Divinity may CONGREGATION JOIN god, though one may
only join a single Congregation at any time. Some Congregations may also
seek to limit membership by offering invitation to Congregations by
invitation only, in which case a member of the Order must extend an
offer of invitation personally.

CONGREGATION JOIN <god>
CONGREGATION QUIT
Commands for higher ranked members:
CONGREGATION MEMBERS
- Lists all current congregation members.
CONGREGATION MEMBERSHIP OPEN|INVITATION|CLOSED
- Changes the way people join the congregation. Open allows them to
simply use CONGREGATION JOIN, Invite means they must be invited and
Closed means that no one can join.
CONGREGATION INVITE <person>
CONGREGATION REMOVE <person>
CONGREGATION SECRET ON|OFF
- This changes whether or not it is possible to see the members of the
Congregation.
CONGREGATION ANNOUNCE COT|OT|OTS
- This changes which channel people joining or leaving the Congregation
is displayed on.
