19.13 FAILEDLOGIN

What to do if you ever get this message while logging on:

INFO: Since you last logged on, there have been x failed attempt(s) to log on
this character. The last was from: xxx.yyy.ISP.zzz

1) Do not panic and do not file an issue. This message means you were not
hacked.

2) The administrator will not reveal any information about the parties
involved, even if we know. So please don't ask.

3) Read HELP PASSWORD and make sure you have chosen a suitably difficult
password. To feel extra secure, you can always change it.

4) If the problem keeps occuring over a long period of time, then you should
first make sure the information in your registration is correct. If you are
worried about someone changing this, then feel free to email your registration
details (including character name) to support@aetolia.com.
