12.13.11 The Festering Wastes

Its location lost long ago, the Festering Wastes has recently been revealed
to be a large group of canyons filled with watery holes and tunnels creating
a vile labyrinth. Positioned south of the village of Saluria, this area falls
under the protection of the massive Citadel of Ciem. Beyond the Citadel, the 
Wastes hold the villages of Kornar and Vilimo, the treacherous Torturer's 
Caverns and the Lich Gardens.
