Classleads early q4 round

We're pleased to bring you the first batch of classleads for the early q4 round of 2016. Here are the details:

Alchemy
-------
* EXTISPICY no longer grants a bonus when in dragonform. The defence persists for convenience, it just does nothing.

Crystalism
----------
* The CREEPS vibration now has a chance to give the LONELINESS affliction in addition to SHYNESS.

Devotion
--------
* The rite of CLEANSING now has the same duration as other rites.
* The rite of REVITALISATION has had its tick rate slowed down and the amounts it heals reduced.
* The rite of REVITALISATION now always ticks, it doesn't have a random chance not to fire.

Domination
----------
* Increased most pact payouts when pacting via karma.
* Reduced a lot of the big pact karma costs on standard entities. Golgotha and Glaaki are still outliers, naturally.

Elementalism
------------
* The CHARGESHIELD defence no longer clears on dragonform.

Kaido
-----
* SURGE has had its duration halved.
* SURGE has had its equilibrium cost significantly reduced.

Occultism
---------
* Adjusted karma yields when studying to be a bit more forgiving in terms of the random factor.

Runelore
--------
* THURISAZ no longer caps at two per room, as was intended.
* NAIRAT now only adds one additional level per proc vs a timefluxed opponent, rather than the standard two.

Spiritlore
----------
* PURIFICATION has been sped up.
* PURIFICATION is no longer stopped by paralysis; instead, it's stopped by having the selarnia affliction. What on earth is that, you ask? Its the venom noone ever uses - any toxicologist should be able to make you some!

Survival
--------
* DOUSING another player (or yourself) now incurs a balance cost.
* DOUSING someone with the dehydrated affliction will now be inaffective.

Twoarts
-------
* The chance for INFUSED blade effects to fire off of BALANCESLASH has been SIGNIFICANTLY reduced.
* The affliction given on INFUSED LIGHTNING firing has been changed from PARALYSIS to CLUMSINESS.
* If someone already has the CLUMSINESS affliction when the INFUSED LIGHTNING effect hits, they'll take some electricity based damage.
* In addition to its standard effect, INFUSED VOID now has a chance to hit with a small amount of unblockable damage.
* The INFUSED COLD blade effect now does nontrivial ice damage in the case where it strikes an already frozen opponent or delivers the frozen affliction to a target.

Voicecraft
----------
* You may now WHISTLE for the SONGBIRD to reset the defence fade timer. Note that this incurs the same equilibrium as if you'd put up the defence normally.

Weaponmastery
-------------
* (Dual Blunt) The default weapon proficiency has been changed from FLAIL to MORNINGSTAR. If this affects you in some way due to artefact purchases or such, contact me and we'll work something out.
* (Two handed) BRAIN now bypasses the SHIELD OF ABSORPTION artefact, like other prone burst damage attacks.
* (Sword and Board) The SHIELD OF ABSORPTION artefact now counts as a buckler for the purposes of the attack shield modifiers.

Weatherweaving
--------------
* FULMINATION will now wipe conjured snowstorms when they explode. Note that the snowstorms are not wiped when the FULMINATIONS are created, only upon detonation.

Misc
----
* The DIZZINESS affliction will now have a chance to cause LEAP style abilities to fail, incurring a prone and balance knock. These abilities include MOUNTJUMP, BACKFLIP, and all flavours of the LEAP ability.
* PROBE will now show whether a death's call talisman can be used, and if not how long until it may be.
