Crafting Fair updates

Hail, crafters.

Sarapin is upon us and the fair draws ever nearer. I require the following:

(1) Crafters who have decided to craft items for the wooden carts should begin sending items to myself now. Many of you have registered but I have not received many items yet, and I do not wish to receive them all on the day itself. Aim to have them all delivered by Aeguary if possible. Jewellers, you will need to provide a price list.

Cooking competition participants, this deadline applies to yourself as well. If you cannot manage it, inform myself.

(2) Fashion show participants, I have heard stories of some of your partners disappearing or becoming uncontactable. If this is the case, you must speak with myself urgently to discuss replacements or alternatives.

Those of you who have confirmed items and models must send a message to myself informing who your models are and whether or not you will be present. You must also send a message detailing the explanation or inspiration for your outfit and how it fits in your chosen category - Nobles or Adventurers. The paragraph should not be longer than six lines.

(3) If any chef wishes to perform a cooking demonstration, do inform myself. We currently have two demonstrators, but I would like to see more. I will, at this stage, accept demonstrations for existing recipes.

(4) Crafters who had not previously registered for slots in the carts but wish to do so may contact myself.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE CARTS

The cart handlers will be:

Skye B. Anchors (Cooking)
Ruth I'llur (Tailoring)
Jurixe S. Nithilar (Jewellery)

Process
--------

On the day of the fair itself, restocks of the carts will happen every half a day until the crowd begins to lessen or the cart handler has to depart. After the actual events, restocks will happen two or three times an Achaean month, depending on the schedule of the handler.

When items are sold, the cart handler will tally up the available slots and either:

(1) Fill them with presupplied items from the relevant designer
(2) Send the designer a message detailing what items were sold and how many slots are available for filling.

When this happens, you can send new items to the cart stocker in a letter or parcel, along with a price list (jewellery only). It need not be the exact same items that were sold - it can be different items across any of the three crafting categories, as long as you have the slot space.

Even if you are present on the day of the fair and wish to provide extra stock, hand the items to the cart stocker only IN A LETTER to prevent confusion, as we will be extremely busy.

The carts will remain at the Restoration estate for as long as their lifespans allow, so it is highly encouraged for you to urge your friends and family to visit often. We may move some carts closer to the Rageteeth Beach if necessary, but our main aim is to draw people to Meropis and to the Restoration estate.

After they fall to pieces, we will gather the leftover stock and place it in a cart upon the mainland, likely in Delos. When that, too, is disassembled, all extra stock will be returned to you along with your takings, minus the 10% due to the Restoration.

Any questions and concerns may be addressed to myself. I look forward to seeing you all there.

Regards,

Jurixe S. Nithilar
representing the Asterian Restoration

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Sarapin, in the year 691 AF.
