Subj: Sentinel tweaks - pt 1

We'll be keeping a close eye on these changes over the coming week and
making further changes to Sentinels. Feel free to leave me a message
with any of your concerns or ideas.

Avoidance
============================
- All dodge types except for melee now have a 2 second cooldown between
procs, instead of 6.

Bladefire
============================
- Vorpal now awakens a sleeping target.

Crystalism
============================
- Plague time to proc lowered to 8 seconds, down from 10.
- Lullaby time to proc lowered to 11 seconds, down from 13.

Devotion
============================
- You can no longer lay rites while phased.

Dhuriv
============================
- Removed Quickfoot.
- Floorsweep now requires balance.
- Floorsweep can only be used if you're involuntarily knocked to
the floor.

Domination
============================
- Removed Hangedman as a usable tarot with Link.

Subterfuge
============================
- Abduct no longer works through shield and prismatic barrier.

Tattoos
============================
- Prism delay to a monolithed room has been lowered to 9 seconds,
down from 12.

Telepathy
============================
- Mind Clamp now drains 20% of health and mana to match the
amount it reduces your max health and mana by.

Woodlore
============================
- New Skill: Lifesap.
- Reworked Dragging.
* You can now drag a prone player. This no longer requires a mount
or the target to be impaled.
- Removed Barkskin.
- Removed Attunement.
- Campfire now heals a small amount of health while upon the floor.

Woodlore (Traps)
============================
- New Skill: Smokescreen.
- New Skill: Spike.
- Changed trap mechanics.
* There is now a in-room trap position which will trigger when a
player enters the room from any direction.
* Traps placed on exits now take up trap positions on both sides of
that exit. In other words, you can't place traps back-to-back on
a single exit anymore.
* Darts and Catapult can now only placed on the in-room trap
position, and can no longer be placed on exits.
- Dart now lets you apply two venoms to it.
- You can now set a Catapult to launch a player SKYWARDS.
- You can now chain Catapults once more, however they can no longer
loop.
- Traps are now affected by afflictions such as Paranoia and Peace.
- Darts trap will now consume darts if there is no valid target to
hit.
- Darts trap no longer fires immediately upon being triggered,
however secondary effects like Alarm will still go off.
- Darts firing speed increased from 4 seconds to 3.5 seconds.
- Noose asphyxiation messages now have a third person message.

Miscellaneous
============================
- Added all applicable Shaman defences to the defence stripping
routine.
