I've added a confirmation to the MARRY verb. If you have the power to
officiate marriages, you won't be able to marry a couple unless both
have authorized you. If you attempt to marry a couple then it will
inform them the command to type to give permission. The command,
incidentally, is AUTHORIZE <person> TO OFFICIATE. But you don't really
need to memorize that since, like I said, Lusternia will inform the
happy couple of the proper command to grant you permission when you
attempt to marry them without permission.
