Well met, Triagia--

In light of the growing threat of Gralob, an inter-city plan has been hatched that many of us hope will curtail this menace. Obviously, demanding all of the varied peoples of Triagia fall in line behind a single warleader would be stupid. I wouldn't do it, and I'm sure others wouldn't. However, without some form of cohesive leadership, all of our combined efforts will invariably fall apart in the moment of need there on what may be the most significant field any of us have yet battled upon. So, as compromise, several us of gathered and proposed it would be more reasonable, and far more practical, to assign individual leaders to different aspects of a multi-faceted plan.

We offer this list of necessary tasks and specialties along with the names of individual leaders in the hopes that any and all across all of Triagia will rise to the occasion and assist us in preparing for what we hope will be our final encounter with the demon Gralob. Those who wish to contribute to a concerted effort, please contact the relevant personnel at your nearest convenience. The more training and coordinating we can get in prior to any imminent threat, the better for all involved. Any suggestions, ideas, corrections, or other input relevant to any aspect of this endeavor should likewise be brought to the attention of the individuals concerned.

In command of devising a lure for the demon Gralob: Scathain, of Stardock.
In command of efforts at a priestly warding of combined demonination: Undetermined*.
In command of arcane warding and magical containment of Gralob: Doctor Malapardis.
In command of healers on the ground for the final encounter: Ranger-General Catelyn Fiore.
In command of troops on the ground for the final encounter: Raelyr Matawa.

*Both Galrion and Genomin of Elvandar were fielded as suggestions, but a final decision has not yet been reached.

If any feel themselves better suited to leading these various tasks, or otherwise contest any of these positions, feel free to speak openly with me, Raelyr Matawa, about your concerns. This is not an election or a popularity contest, and I say now and openly that inane concerns or personal distaste will be summarily ignored and possibly publicly ridiculed. A great deal is at stake, for all of us, and this is not the time for strutting about and mindless posturing. This is a time for decisive action and competent, experienced leadership that specializes in the given area.

Courage and Honor,
-Raelyr Matawa
