Achaea and Aetolia Make It Easier to Max Class Skills

Iron Realms has rolled out a meaningful progression update for both Achaea and Aetolia, making it much easier for players to fully build out their class skills without needing a major credit investment.

As of March 17, 2026, both games now award significantly more lessons while levelling, granting an additional 2,000 lessons by level 80. Combined with the low-cost no-brainer lesson packages, this means players can now realistically max out their class skills through normal levelling progression plus a very modest purchase path, instead of running into the old wall where class development still demanded a much heavier spend.

That is a substantial improvement for both new and returning players.

For a long time, one of the biggest progression friction points Iron Realms games was simple and obvious: even after levelling steadily and making smart use of basic lesson packages, players could still fall short of fully maxing their class skills unless they invested much more heavily. This update directly addresses that problem.

In practical terms, it means the path from character creation to a fully functional class build is now much cleaner. Players can advance through the game, earn meaningful lesson rewards as they level, and pair those rewards with the affordable no-brainer packages to reach full class skill investment far more naturally.

The additional lesson bonuses begin at 50 total lessons at level 10 and scale up to 250 lessons at level 80. That comes to a total of 2,000 extra lessons by level 80.

Just as importantly, these changes are retroactive. Existing characters who already reached the relevant levels have been awarded the lessons they would have earned under the new system, so current players benefit immediately rather than needing to start over.

Aetolia also includes one additional quality-of-life improvement: players no longer lose those earned lesson rewards if they drop below a level later. They simply do not receive the same level-based lesson reward a second time when they regain it.

Both games have also added another small but welcome account reward: players now earn 10 bound credits for completing Discord verification. That reward has been granted retroactively as well.

Taken together, these updates are a clear win for player onboarding and retention, but more importantly, they solve a very practical character-building problem. Players can now reach fully maxed class skills much more reasonably through levelling and low-cost starter lesson support, which makes early progression feel more complete, more rewarding, and more attainable.

For anyone considering jumping into Achaea or Aetolia, this is one of the best times to start. The early game now does a better job of carrying players toward a complete class foundation, with less friction and less pressure to make a much larger upfront investment.
