10.11 City Soldiers

When two cities each declare that they are hostile to the other, the command
CITY RELATIONS <city> will show that the cities are at war. Or also see ORG
RELATIONS HOSTILE for an overall listing. What this means, in practical terms,
is that enlisted soldiers of both cities have a roleplay reason to freely
attack each other, and each other only. 'War Deaths', as these are called, will
cost the victim only 1/3 the normal experience loss (which means, of course,
that the killer only gets 1/3 as much experience as normal).
ENLIST
Must be done in the barracks for your city. Once enlisted, you may not
resign from the military for a minimum of two Achaean years.
RESIGN AS SOLDIER
May be done anywhere. Be warned though that once you resign, you may not
join another military for one Achaean year.
CITY SOLDIERS <city>
See the soldiers of a city. Those highlighted in green are currently in the
land. NOTE: Yes, this will show soldiers anywhere, in any condition,
including off plane, blackwinded, etc.
