Since I've been inundated with messages about the current artefact
promotion in regards to upgrades, I'll clarify how it works here to save
you guys having to email!

The 30% discount is applied to the -regular- upgrade cost, so say you
have a level 1 weapon (350cr), and would like to upgrade to the level 2
(800cr) version, you'd pay 315cr (30% discount on the regular 450cr
upgrade cost).

As always, if you'd like to proceed with an artefact upgrade, please
email artefacts@achaea.com with your request. Please be sure to include
the item# and have the credits in BOUND form!
