Fixes and changes

Over the past few days, we've loaded up a string of bugfixes and changes, here's the details:

* SLAUGHTER (Weaponmastery) will correctly respect FERVOUR now.
* METEOR arrows will now have a more consistent balance cost in all situations.
* A slew of rooms that were incorrectly counting/not counting towards exploration have been fixed.
* Server-side curing will no longer loop the venom defence.
* Server-side curing will no longer try to cure ARENAWATCH observers.
* Server-side curing will no longer loop moss/potash in certain situations.
* Server-side curing will no longer loop SHIN TRACE in certain situations.
* Server-side curing will no longer attempt to cure LIE (when not forced).
* Server-side curing will now handle fractures more efficiently.
* CARDLIST now works properly with the recent tarot deck changes.
* FOCUS will now always correctly recover balance.
* FIRELASH can now use WALL as well as ICEWALL when you have a target set.
* LOOK IN <furniture> should now work again.
* Concoctions pots can now be emptied with POUR <pot> OUT.
* Tekura learning has been brought into line with other skills, allowing batches of 20 lessons (25 from your mentor).
* AB files should no longer suggest alternate abilities that you do not possess.
* The correct direction is now shown to followers when DASHing or GALLOPing.
* CURING STATUS will now indicate your health or mana sipping priority.
* Adding a command to the QUEUE now has more consistent confirmation output.
* Denizen health reporting on the prompt has been reworked, providing more consistent and accurate information.
* A new custom prompt tag has been added *s - to add a server-based timestamp (in GMT).

As always, please use the BUG command to file any oddities/glitches you may find, and we'll get them fixed up ASAP!
