As a reminder, the golden giftbags (obtainable as a random prize in our current promotion) are able to be upgraded to a new level (with GIFTBAG UPGRADE <bag>). Each successive upgrade is progressively more risky, and if you fail to upgrade a giftbag it reverts to its basic state. Naturally, the more upgrades you achieve, the better the contents of the giftbag become. More details on these special giftbags can be found in announce #4121.

As it has come to our attention that many people were not aware how these function, we will be evaluating those golden giftbags obtained via this month's promotion and crediting those who have clearly missed out appropriately with a new golden giftbag.
