Chivalry

* FALCON RECALL now works indoors.
* Moved the QUIVERS ability to be learned alongside the BOWMANSHIP ability.

Evileye
-------
* BLEED damage vs denizens has been adjusted.

Groves
------
* PLANT QUARTERSTAFF now incurs a nontrivial balance cost.

Occultism
---------
* UNNAMABLE now informs the target of how many masked insanities they received.

Runelore
--------
* You can now SKETCH runes on LEFT/RIGHT.

Striking
--------
* The various ELEMENTAL FIST abilities now support standard STRIKE syntax in addition to their standalone commands. I.e. STRIKE TECTON VOIDFIST or VOIDFIST TECTON will both work.

Telepathy
---------
* SAPIENCE will no longer always reveal GUARD or PARRY commands to the telepath.
* MIND CLAMP will now update the target's health on the lock being lost (through all methods) to reflect the correct value.

Twoarts
-------
* Missing a target with POMMELSTRIKE now allows you to strike after regardless. Other slashes still require you to connect with the blow in order to follow through with a striking attack.
* Stance accuracy modifiers have been increased.
* Various attacks were still being affected by confusion - this has been fixed.

Vision
------
* TUNNELVISION is now treated as a system command so will override certain states such as STUN, AMNESIA, etc. It will also not interrupt most channeled actions.

Misc
----
* The WEAPONMASTERY_SPEC artefact power has had its level 2 cooldown set to 2 hours rather than 12.
* Offensive HARMONICS, VIBRATIONS, or RITES will no longer affect a person in their location who is actively capturing or disarming a city destruction tank.
