Classleads July 2016 - final batch

We're pleased to bring you the last batch of classleads for the July 2016 round. You'll note that three classleads remain approved but unimplemented: these are ones that will either be addressed in an upcoming project or for which no reasonable solution has presented itself as of yet. They are there as a point of reference for us and will be implemented when appropriate.

Artifice
--------
* The equilibrium cost for SCALD has been significantly reduced.
* SCALD can no longer be performed alongside a staffstrike.
* SCALD no longer requires the target be prone to use.

Crystalism
----------
* A RETARDATION vibration in a room between a target and yourself shall now interrupt line of sight attacks, much like if the vibe was in the target's room. This only is the case for line of sight attacks that are already affected by RETARDATION.

Devotion
--------
* Fairly significantly reduced the DEVOTION cost of ILLUMINATE, both the initiating and the EXTINGUISHing.
* Doubled the room limit on ILLUMINATE before the orb should disappear, so it should stay around much longer now.

Domination
----------
* DOPPLEGANGER entities that are masked now simply show up as "a doppleganger" on gmcp.

Formulation
-----------
* You can now perform the ALTERATION steps at the time of AMALGAMATION. See the ALTERATION abfile for syntax details.

Groves
------
* LIGHTNING now fails to hit someone standing in a room with a retardation vibe, much like shoot/snipe.
* QUARTERSTAVES both regular and artefacted, have had their stats improved.

Necromancy
----------
* CHILL can now be used to extinguish FIREWALLS.
* CHILL will now correctly generate KAI/hit DELIVERANCE/etc.

Occultism
---------
* AGUE can now be used to extinguish FIREWALLS.
* AGUE will now correctly generate KAI/hit DELIVERANCE/etc.
* TRUENAMEs obtained from corpses have had their rate of decay increased fairly substantially.

Riding
------
* Legendary steeds may now be INTIMIDATEd, but only if their owner is not in the room with them.

Seafaring
---------
* The WEAPONS aura now speeds up the weapon locking time when firing on seamonsters. The higher the level of the aura, the bigger the bonus.

Subterfuge
----------
* SNAKE loyals no longer deliver the LOKI venom on their periodic attack. Instead they'll PRONE an opponent; if the opponent is already PRONE, they'll strip the SILERIS defence. If no SILERIS defence is present, they'll deliver the SCYTHERUS venom.
* Only serpent's may now WORM CANCEL in areas that are affiliated with an organisation.

Two Arts
--------
* INFUSELIGHTNING now gives PARALYSIS, rather than EPILEPSY.

Misc
----
* Channels now function consistently while deep sea diving.
