My Star

Written by: Dame Kerria Imperio, Shield Castellan
Date: Sunday, February 22nd, 2015
Addressed to: Riley Vallah, Tipsy Troubadour

Like a star, you spiraled into my life
You filled my heart with joy
You stole my pain away, as if it belonged to you
You provided me with the love, that no else dared give

You gave me a shoulder to weep upon
You became my pillar when I fall
You are my strength when I am weak.
With your silly smile, you make me happy to just be

The softest words that you whisper in my ear
Reminds me I am indeed in love with you
Just as your smile, your strength, and your heart
Tells me just how much you love me.

Penned by my hand on the 25th of Miraman, in the year 677 AF.
