Poetry News Post #4912

do they twinkle for you

Written by: Nixxe Ashaela, Scarlatti's Amber Weaver of Imagination

adjusting my eyes
the stars begin to shine
different colors and sizes
looking at this sky of mine
they start to twinkle

one sails across
a secret request
I remember my loss
heart heavy in chest
they start to smile

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Scarlatan, in the year 687 AF.
