Poetry News Post #4969

the lake lacked the laughter

Written by: Nixxe Ashaela, Scarlatti's Amber Weaver of Imagination
Date: Tuesday, November 24th, 2015
Addressed to: Everyone

the land became lame lanes
limiting the load of life
logic laments the loss
lusty loyals lie in wait

looking to lessen the lenient
labeling laborors lightly
luring the liripiped lady
loving the literate layman

laconic looks from laureates
liberal libation loosened lips
lulling lurid lacqueys
learning lengthy lectures

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Scarlatan, in the year 699 AF.
