Your Seneschal thinks to speak on the necessity of the Light. Now you
have a choice to make.

You have been shown the full radiance of the One who is Light, alongside
your Ashtani benefactors. Even still, the Lightbringer's beacon stands
at the Road of Eternity, alongside Her statue. Should you allow it to
stand, we might enter into negotiations for how your city might proceed
to crawl out of the Darkness that it has lived in since Twilight laid
its foundations.

Should you however foolishly look to destroy it, you will seal your
fate. Hashan will be condemned forevermore, doomed to exist outside of
the grace and favour of the One who is Light, skulking in the shadows of
ignorance and irrelevance.

This choice is simple, but it is one that we must all make daily. Will
you choose to embrace the truth, or will you languish in the throes of
deception? Will you stand up, finally, as children of Creation and swear
yourselves to its protection under the banner of Light and Good, or will
you wallow in the meagre shadows that are left?

Make your choice, Hashan. Your redemption is in your hands.
