Foolish Squire,

Your attempts to wield the tenets of My realm are as unwieldy and feeble as the defense your city provided under the onslaught of the Bastion. It was with Freedom that these individuals were elected to their positions. It is with Freedom that they act as they do, providing a safe environment for those within their wide circle of protection to live their lives.

It was with Freedom that Cyrenians chose to aid their enemies, with Freedom that your citizens drew their ire. And it was with Freedom that the forces of Ashtan laid waste to your gates, your main gathering place, your clocktower, and even slew your guardian dragon.

It was an act of Passion, an open act of aggression toward the ones who sought to deny them what they had worked so hard for.

Do not attempt to wield Freedom as a weapon, one whose powers and livelihood are entirely at the mercy of the Diaspora, one who knows little Freedom, for you do it no justice.
