When was the last time you personally bore witness to an Ashtani army defending the city of Darkness? I haven't personally stepped foot inside of that city with the intent of drawing a weapon for some decades now. While I think you may be referring to our lone Archon of Darkness, I hardly think that that constitutes an entire army. You know what the Ashtani army looks like, Orzaansyn.

I have chuckled to myself over the years while city after city seemingly fails to topple Hashan with one weak excuse hanging in the air: Ashtan is your only reason for survival. While I have taken steps out of the public eye to insure this is not the case, having made a promise to the Lady Ourania to let Her children grow alone, I feel that it is time to say it a bit louder for you pathological rationalizers.

The city of Darkness is dead to the city of Ashtan, and with it His Order. Anyone who continues to falsely justify their chronic military failings against Hashan has only their lack of martial prowess to blame.

The Bastion stands alone.
