Long have I held you and yours in high esteem for protecting what I have considered an integral part of Creation. Long have I sought common ground with the Village, as we have had common enemies that would watch both my home and yours burn. But Eleusis' leadership has murdered two dwarves - not for the defense of Nature, or the honourable pursuit of combat, or even the justification of a moral code. Eleusis has sacrificed two innocents in a city that was not its own on a bloody altar for the sake of its own hubris. Only in Mhaldor would I expect such disgusting behavior, such disregard for the value of life. I do not represent any city, any house, or any Order in my words. I represent only myself when I say this: Alrena and Rangor could only get away with this act of colossal stupidity while Lord Phaestus was sleeping. Were I them, I would have chosen integrity. In the meantime, one can pick out the fools by watching those who so eagerly stumble after them into this madness.

Justice will prevail.
