In following to the letter our holy doctrine, the Dread Legion of Mhaldor will now carry forth the sacred duties bestowed upon us. Beginning immediately, the Legates will initiate a global campaign across the villages and towns of Sapience to spread knowledge of the Truths, and Strength.

Those villages that are currently receiving the benefit of our missionary education will be clearly identified. Any individuals caught interfering with our work within these villages will be handled
accordingly. Likewise, while the areas remain under our occupation, the inhabitants will receive the benefit of our military protection, and any individuals discovered to be harming or otherwise infringing will be met in kind.
