The Iernian Fracture has been released, accessible through touching
several devices scattered through the Putoran Hills. Entering the area
will grant you a ylem aura, and being within the Fracture marks you as
open PK; keep in mind that all rules and mechanics applying to ylem
auras also apply within the area.
