Turns out our changes preventing writhe stacking were allowing tumble to
be pretty unstoppable. I've made a quick adjustment to avoid that.

While impales will still fail against entangled targets, they will now
also prevent active tumbles from completing, as they should. The same
applies to feed and lycan locks.

Please let me know if I've failed to address any loose ends.
