Mage touchups

Hello folks!

While Razmael and Oleis have been working on some of the lovely projects
brought up during the Town Hall, I've been secretly working away on a
few of my own. One of these, a Mage touchup, has fallen into my lap and
is ready for public use.

This part mostly concentrates on Crystalism and the new addition Tones
to bring together a bit of extra synergy, although at some point I would
like to look at Sciomancy and Elemancy as well. We'll be keeping a close
eye on these as they are used in the wild!

Feel free to let me know any thoughts and concerns you might have in a
message, and I'll respond as needed!

Afflictions
=========================
- Shyness now only causes panic if there are three or more people
in the room, not counting yourself.
- Shyness now prevents you from entering a room with another player
in it, much like the opposite of loneliness.
- You can no longer follow a player while afflicted with shyness.
- Fear forced movement now considers any phobias you might have and
avoids rooms that would conflict with it.
- Loneliness and shyness now properly considers only players that
are visible to the afflictee.
- Superstition now disables all pointed and touched enchantments.

Sciomancy/Elemancy
=========================
- Lowered Replicate mana cost to 100 mana, down from 300.
- Added support to some of the newer abilities for Replicate.

Crystalism
=========================
- Creeps can now give agoraphobia and claustrophobia in addition to
shyness.
- Dissonance now always deals damage in addition to its other effects.
- Chance of Dissonance giving the dissonance affliction is now based
upon the current mana of the target.
* Base chance of 25%, like before.
* Increases by 1% for each 1% of max mana missing.
* Maximum of 95% chance to proc.
- Dissonance now has a third person message when delivered.
- Some older Plague afflictions have been swapped out for new ones:
* Swapped clumsiness for weariness.
* Swapped asthma for superstition.
* Swapped voyria for anorexia.
- Added Tremors, Revelation, and Adduction to VIBEALERTS.
- Plague and Creeps now both reveal what affliction they give to the
vibration owner through VIBEALERTS.
- Cleaned up VIBEALERTS a bit to gag away notifications when giving
an effect the target already has.
- Revelation will now only reveal the enemies of the vibrations owner.
- Increased the damage and lowered the effect of armor if you fall
upon Crystalforest.
- Crystalforest now has its own deathsight message.

Tones
=========================
- Striking a vibration no longer imparts a cooldown for that vibe.
- Striking a vibration no longer bounces off shield, but it still
won't penetrate it.
- Striking a vibration now simply mutes it for the next tick instead.
* If directed at a target with the dissonance affliction, the
vibration will not be muted.
- Each Tone usage now has its own tone balance cost, with the most
common cost being 3.5 seconds.
- Removed Tone working on the Heat vibration.
- Striking Creeps will now give loneliness. If you have loneliness,
it will give masochism.
- Striking Disorientation will now give berserking if you already had
epilepsy.
- Striking Stridulation will now give sensitivity if they are not deaf.
- Striking Plague will now give one of its afflictions hidden,
excluding the limb breaks.
- Energize DoT from striking it is now affected by intelligence
modifers.
- Crystalforest damage from striking it is now affected by
intelligence modifers.
